Wanzhida plans 10,000 t/yr stainless steel AM powder
Shandong Wanzhida New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., Zibo, Shandong, China, has completed filing for a technical upgrade project for the planned production of 10,000 tonnes per year of stainless steel metal powder for Additive Manufacturing.
The project, registered as the ‘10,000 t/yr Stainless Steel 3D Printing Additive Manufacturing Metal Powder Materials Technical Upgrade Project’, completed filing on September 24, 2026, through the Zhoucun District Administrative Approval Service Bureau. It is listed under project code 2609-370306-89-02-434358.
The filing does not specify the stainless steel grades, powder production technology, investment value, construction schedule or commissioning date.
Founded in 2007, Wanzhida operates in stainless steel sales, processing, warehousing and logistics. Its capabilities include levelling, slitting, laser cutting, bending, welding and automated robotic welding, and it supplies sectors including rail, medical equipment and chemical processing.
The company was also included in Zibo’s 2025 list of key technical upgrade projects for an intelligent manufacturing project for high-end ultrafine stainless steel fibre.
