Wallwork Group, based in Bury, UK, has announced it will exhibit its thermal processing solutions at Defence and Security Equipment International (DSEI) 2025, which will take place September 9-12 in London, UK. The company stated that Hot Isostatic Pressing will be the highlight of its exhibition stand.

Due to demand from customers, the company brought forward a £10 million investment in a second Quintus Technologies Hot Isostatic Press, bringing the total investment in HIP alone to £20 million since 2023. The additional HIP will be operational soon and provides greater capacity and flexibility in component loading. Wallwork also stated that it has expanded other core services across the group.

Chanel: When manufacturing process becomes part of luxury value

Building on its more than sixty-six years of experience in the heat treatment sector, Wallwork offers heat treatment, Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP), vacuum brazing, and precision-applied ultra-hard coatings across its four UK locations. These solutions can be critical in enhancing the strength, performance and longevity of mission-critical components.

Fully ITAR compliant and holding Nadcap, EN9100, and multiple aerospace prime approvals, Wallwork treats components used in programmes across all military spheres – air force, land army and naval applications – supporting a range from engines to structural parts to specialist discrete components.

“We understand the precision and reliability our defence clients demand,” stated Howard Maher, group sales manager. “DSEI gives us a unique platform to engage directly with defence programme managers, engineers and procurement teams looking for a 100% UK-based capability with international reach, longevity and vast cross-industry experience.”

DSEI 2025 attendees can visit Wallwork at Stand S2-165 to speak with the company’s technical expert team, explore case studies, and learn how its thermal processing technologies are used in next-generation of defence systems.
