Wall Colmonoy Corporation, headquartered in Madison Heights, Michigan, USA, has announced the launch of WallCarb HVOF Tungsten Carbide Powders. These powders are specifically designed for thermal spray applications and are engineered to create dense, hard coatings with outstanding wear and corrosion resistance.

The WallCarb HVOF Carbide Powders feature a spherical, spray-dried, and sintered design, which is said to ensure high deposit efficiency and consistent application parameters. As a result, they produce a smooth coating with minimal porosity, reducing the need for extensive finishing and grinding, and ultimately improving overall process efficiency.
