Berlin.Industrial.Group (BIG) has announced that a second WAAMathon event is now scheduled for May 21, 2025, at the Hotel Steigenberger am Kanzleramt in Berlin, Germany. WAAMathon is the only conference that focuses exclusively on Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM) – a wire-based Directed Energy Deposition (DED) technology.

Supported by sponsors from research and industry, the event aims to bring together experts and users to discuss process optimisation, the handling of different materials, and specific application examples of this still young, but already widely proven technology.
