Rapid + TCT 2019 will take place at the Cobo Center, Detroit, Michigan, USA, from May 20–23, 2019. The exhibition and conference is said to be the largest and longest-running Additive Manufacturing exhibition in North America, and in 2018 was attended by over 6,000 visitors and hosted more than 300 exhibitors.

This year will be second time the show has visited Detroit, where the first ever Rapid exhibition was held almost thirty years ago. The city, historically the centre of the US automotive industry, has in recent years experienced a resurgence in new developments and tech startups, seeing $13 billion in new investments across more than two-hundred projects since 2006.

More than 350 exhibitors will showcase their latest AM solutions and innovations at Rapid + TCT 2019, including Additive Manufacturing systems and materials, 3D scanning technology, design and process management software, solutions for metrology & inspection, and other related technologies. On the 2019 conference schedule, over 150 speakers will detail their research and developments on the latest processes, applications, materials and more.

Metal AM magazine is a media sponsor for the event and we will be exhibiting at stand 857. Visit us during the show to pick up a Metal AM tote bag to carry your exhibition literature, collect your complimentary print copies of all three of our magazine titles (Metal AM, PM Review and PIM International), meet the team and talk with us about how your company is using metal Additive Manufacturing.
