Velo3D appoints Jessie Lockhart Chief People Officer

Velo3D, Campbell, California, USA, has announced the appointment of Jessie Lockhart as its Chief People Officer. In her capacity, Lockhart will help the company continue its workforce growth, overseeing all aspects of the company’s people operations, including talent management, leadership & organisation development, talent acquisition, total rewards, engagement and culture.
Lockhart brings over twenty years of experience in Human Resources and people-focused operations to the company. Most recently, she oversaw global talent management at Lam Research, a Fortune 300 supplier of semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment. Prior to this role, Lockhart was director of HR at CPP, a provider of workforce development solutions, and an HR leader at semiconductor equipment manufacturer Novellus Systems.
In addition to a PhD in Global Leadership and Change from Pepperdine University, Lockhart also holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Communications from San Jose State University.
