United Performance Metals rebrands its Additive Manufacturing division to UPM Advanced Solutions

United Performance Metals (UPM), headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA, has announced that it has rebranded its Additive Manufacturing arm UPM Additive Solutions to UPM Advanced Solutions. No changes in team or structure are expected.
This change is said to mark a significant step in the evolution of the division, reflecting its growing capabilities and commitment to providing cutting-edge material solutions to industries worldwide. Under the rebranding, UPM Advanced Solutions intends to expand its focus to encompass a wider range of advanced materials and services designed to meet the needs of rapidly evolving industries such as aerospace, medical, energy, and more. While Additive Manufacturing will remain a cornerstone of its expertise, the new name is intended to emphasise the division’s ability to offer solutions beyond AM.
