Tekna uplisted to Oslo Stock Exchange’s main list

Tekna Holding ASA, Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada, has been uplisted to the main list of the Oslo Stock Exchange (OSE), with the first day of trading being July 1, 2022. The company was first listed on Euronext Growth on March 30, 2021.

“This marks a significant milestone in Tekna’s growth journey,” stated Luc Dionne, CEO. “Over the years, we have developed a strong position in the market with an impressive customer base. We have implemented a reputable industrial manufacturing capability and we are expanding machine capacity to meet global demand.”

“Stepping into the main list of the OSE will further increase our visibility in the marketplace and cement our position as a leading provider of advanced material solutions in our core segments: Additive Manufacturing, printed electronics and energy storage,” he continued. “I would like to thank our team, our shareholders and our business partners for their relentless support and hard work that has enabled this achievement.”
