Simufact Engineering will demonstrate the third generation of Simufact Additive, its solution for the simulation of metal Additive Manufacturing processes, at this year’s formnext powered by TCT exhibition in Frankfurt, Germany, November 14 – 17, 2017.

Simufact Additive 3 provides a thermo-mechanical calculation method, which in addition to mechanical simulation shows the effects of thermal energy on the additively manufactured part. With this calculation method users can determine deformation as well as the influence of the base plate to the component.

Simufact will present live demonstrations of the software at formnext in hall 3.0, stand F27. The company will also make a presentation at the event’s conference. Dr Patrick Mehmert, Product Manager Simufact Additive, will present ‘Simufact Additive – a powerful software tool to simulate the Additive Manufacturing process chain’ onWednesday, November 15, 2017, 14:15 – 14:30 pm, exhibition forum in hall 3.1 – B10.
