Sigma Labs, Inc., a developer of advanced, in process, non-destructive quality inspection systems for metal-based Additive Manufacturing and other advanced manufacturing technologies, has announced that it has launched an OEM Partner Program to expedite the trial and incorporation of the Company’s PrintRite3D® quality assurance software into AM machines worldwide.

The company stated that working closely with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) remains an important element of Sigma Labs’ growth strategy, with the goal of having its software embedded in machines before they are sold to end users. The OEM Partner Program includes pricing incentives for bundled software, training and marketing support.

Participating companies will be able to provide third party, independent quality assurance via Sigma Labs’ complete suite of PrintRite3D® software modules – INSPECT™, DEFORM™ and ANALYTICS™ – to their customers when machines are purchased. The company is already in active discussions with several OEMs regarding such partnership opportunities.

“This OEM Partner Program, like our Early Adopter Program, is designed specifically to expedite trial and usage of our PrintRite3D® software for in process quality assurance during 3D printing,” stated Mark Cola, President and CEO of Sigma Labs.

“Working directly with OEMs will increase the adoption of our systems and provide important feedback for application development in real-world scenarios. We look forward to partnering with some of the globe’s AM machine and software technology leaders to advance an understanding of our software and broaden awareness of the Company in general. We expect to have a number of manufacturers licensing our systems for deployment in the very near future,” added Cola.
