Rösler’s AM Solutions joins the ColdMetalFusion Alliance
AM Solutions – 3D post processing technology, a brand of the Rösler Group, headquartered in Untermerzbach, Germany, has announced that it will join the ColdMetalFusion Alliance.
The company is starting to develop its offering with ColdMetalFusion partners to achieve optimal removal of powder and cleaning of additively manufactured green parts. In addition, its core competencies include the removal of support structures, as well as surface homogenisation, smoothing, or polishing.
The ColdMetalFusion Alliance is a consortium of industry leaders with experience in the fields of sintering, Additive Manufacturing, and classical industrial manufacturing. Together, the alliance’s members provide services, equipment, material, software, and expertise to customers in the metal manufacturing industry.
“Through the use of its broad portfolio of finishing and post-processing technologies, AM Solutions – 3D post processing technology will offer complete end-to-end support across the key process phases of ColdMetalFusion, and thus become a key enabler for digital manufacturing beyond the 1 million parts threshold,” commented Stephan Rösler, CEO of the Rösler Group.

ColdMetalFusion’s vision is to industrialise sintering and Additive Manufacturing through the introduction of common standards. Alliance members not only share standards but also a common culture and way of thinking. AM Solutions explains that joining the Alliance is a tipping point that will accelerate that vision for ColdMetalFusion.
During this year’s Formnext, which will take place in Frankfurt, Germany, from November 15–18, ColdMetalFusion Alliance members will demonstrate their shared mission to industrialise AM and sintering in hall 11.1, at booth D48. AM Solutions – 3D post processing will exhibit in hall 12.0, at booth C81.
