There is still time to register for this year’s European Powder Metallurgy Association (EPMA)’s Young Engineers Days 2022, which will take place October 10–11 in Lyon, France, alongside the World PM2022 Congress & Exhibition. The registration deadline is July 15, 2022.

This is the first time in two years that Young Engineers Days will take place in person, rather than as a virtual event, and will welcome up to fifty students. Aimed at helping to foster and develop the next generation of Powder Metallurgy academics and industrialists, the programme includes lectures on Powder Metallurgy, a networking dinner, a tour of the exhibition and a site visit at INSA Lyon (Institut National des Sciences Appliquées).

The programme will explore the following topics:

  • Introduction to PM
  • PM Materials
  • PM Production Routes
  • Applications for PM Products

Registration for the event is free of charge, but a €60 deposit is required to guarantee the reservation.
