Registration for the European Powder Metallurgy Association (EPMA)’s Hot Isostatic Pressing Seminar,  ‘Use of HIP to Improve Safety and Innovation Offshore’, will close on February 18, 2020. The seminar will be hosted by Energy Valley (Research Centre) in Oslo, Norway, March 10–11, 2020.

The two-day seminar will feature presentations from key industry individuals, as well as a site visit to DNV-GL and the opportunity to network and discuss the future of the HIP market.

“The seminar will be of interest to end-users and designers, as well as technical and managerial personnel in the HIP Industry,” commented Kenan Boz, the EPMA’s Technical Manager, who represents the HIP Sector. “Exciting developments are starting to come to fruition, with the combination of HIP & AM, which will make for an exciting synergy between the two sectors.”
