Prima Industrie’s former CEO, Ezio Basso, will remain on the Board of Directors and actively cooperate with Giovanni Negri to ensure an effective handover.

“I wish to thank Ezio Basso, even on behalf of past and new shareholders, for the long-lasting collaboration that allowed our groip to flourish and become what it is today, and welcome Giovanni Negri, wishing him all the best for the new challenge, conscious that significant opportunity of further growth is at our reach,” stated Gianfranco Carbonato.
