Piab Group acquires IB Verfahrens- und Anlagentechnik GmbH & Co KG

Piab Group, Stockholm, Sweden, has entered into an agreement to acquire IB Verfahrens- und Anlagentechnik GmbH & Co KG, Lage, Germany. IB provides ultra-sonic sieving and reclaim machines to the Additive Manufacturing industry, and the company’s product portfolio is intended to enable Piab to offer full powder handling solutions.

The acquisition is planned to be finalised shortly and is fully funded through internal sources.
