Scott Keeney, nLIGHT’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, shared, “Mark has a proven track record of financial management and operational excellence and will bring an important perspective to our Board as we continue to focus on aerospace and defence growth opportunities.”

“I also would like to thank Doug for his service on our Board of Directors and for the invaluable contributions he has made that helped to ensure nLIGHT’s success since we founded nLIGHT 25 years ago,” Keeney added.

Hartman commented, “I am excited to join nLIGHT’s Board of Directors and look forward to working closely with Scott and the rest of senior leadership at the Company as they continue to pursue more opportunities in the aerospace and defence markets.”

“Having worked in aerospace and defence and industrial companies in various senior financial roles throughout my career, I hope to bring an informed viewpoint on the Company’s efforts to achieve its growth objectives,” Hartman concluded.
