MatterHackers expands Additive Manufacturing portfolio with Meltio partnership

Meltio, based in Linares, Spain, has entered into a strategic partnership with MatterHackers, Lake Forest, California, USA, through which MatterHackers will add Meltio’s wire-laser Additive Manufacturing technology to its portfolio.

“Integrating Meltio’s innovative M600 printer into our portfolio marks a significant milestone for MatterHackers, as well as for our loyal customers who have the need for serious in-house metal printing,” said Kevin Pope, Chief Operating Officer at MatterHackers. “This partnership allows us to offer our customers unprecedented capabilities in metal Additive Manufacturing, opening up new possibilities for industries ranging from automotive to aerospace.”

In addition to expanding its product lineup, MatterHackers will also begin to provide comprehensive support throughout the entire Additive Manufacturing lifecycle. Beyond the existing in-person setup and installation services, MatterHackers now offers lifetime maintenance options, allowing customers to maximise the longevity and performance of Additive Manufacturing investments.
