The European Powder Metallurgy Association (EPMA) has issued a reminder that its seminar, ‘Use of Powder Metallurgy Technologies in Aerospace’, is fast approaching. The event is scheduled to take place from May 20-21, 2025, at the Sandvik Additive Facilities in Sweden.

The EPMA’s high-level aerospace seminar aims to explore these advancements by bringing together industry leaders and academic experts to discuss the latest trends, technologies, and applications in aerospace materials.
Attendees will be able to discover how PM techniques such as Additive Manufacturing, Hot Isostatic Pressing, Metal Injection Molding, and Hard Materials are transforming aerospace, exemplified by real-world applications and success stories.
Those attending will also be given a tour of the Sandvik Coromant facilities, where advanced cutting tools for aerospace are designed and produced using Powder Metallurgy.
