Industry 4.0 Summit, stated as being Europe’s only multinational event dedicated to the future of manufacturing industries, will take place in Manchester, UK, April 4 – 5, 2017, at the Manchester Convention Centre.

Described as the 4th industrial revolution, the world is currently witnessing a number of innovations which are fundamentally changing the way manufacturing businesses operate for the future. ‘Industry 4.0 Summit’ provides a platform to showcase the latest innovations, process changes and technological advancements coming to the market.

Supported by some of the biggest bodies in manufacturing, both inside and outside of government (including the All-Party Parliamentary Manufacturing Group), the event will welcome around 50 influential guest speakers from industry leading names such as Siemens, ABB, Mitsubishi, TechUK, ATOS, Fujitsu, Smart Industry Netherlands, and the Austrian Federal Ministry of Transport, Innovation and Technology.

‘Industry 4.0 Summit’ will cover the broad spectrum of manufacturing arenas, from biotech, textiles, electronics, construction, energy, defence, aerospace, automotive and consumer markets. “April 2017 will see two co-located major manufacturing events, hosted in the UK – Industry 4.0 Summit and Factories of the Future. Showcasing hundreds of innovations to help manufacturers digitize and upgrade operations, Industry 4.0 is the next revolution in manufacturing,” stated Gary Gilmour, Event Organiser.
