Sweden’s Höganäs AB has announced a five-day online workshop aimed at the automotive industry. Hosted in collaboration with Digital Metal and Amexci, the workshop is intended to create an in-depth and hands-on experience of how Additive Manufacturing can make a difference for companies in the automotive supply chain.

The event will include AM fundamentals, how to select applications, technical feasibility and commercial gains of AM production. Participants are invited to provide parts for business case discussions in customer-specific groups.

“We support our customers to see the opportunities and limitations of AM, where to use it, to what parts and what role AM can play on a global scale for a company,” commented Deniz Yigit, Global Business Development Director at Höganäs.

The event is planned for late spring 2021, and those interested can sign up for more information here.
