AKL’20, the International Laser Technology Congress, organised by Fraunhofer Institute for Laser Technology (ILT), Aachen, Germany, will take place in Aachen from May 6–8, 2020. The biennial conference, now in its 13th edition, provides an overview of current developments in laser materials processing in the macro and micro range, and laser beam development.

At the AKL’20 conference, a number of specialist forums will be held, including a forum on Laser Additive Manufacturing. More than 600 participants are expected to attend the congress, which will feature eighty speakers and more than fifty exhibitors.

During AKL’20, attendees will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge and network in the field of laser technology. Executives and marketing managers will also have the chance to take part in a Technology Business Day during the event to gain knowledge about the status and prospects of the European, American and Asian laser markets.

Further information and registration details are available on the event website.
