May River Capital, a private equity firm that helps lower middle-market industrial businesses, has appointed Francois Marti to the board of directors of NSL Analytical Services, a commercial materials and analytical testing business and May River Capital platform company.

Marti is an experienced testing, inspection, certification, and compliance (TICC) executive and is said to bring great industry leadership and knowledge to the board of NSL Analytical Services. Patrick St. John, a Principal of May River Capital, commented, “We are delighted to welcome Francois to the NSL Board of Directors. “We look forward to his contributions as a new independent director and are excited that he has chosen to partner with us.”
