Formnext Forum Tokyo postponed to October 2022

Formnext Forum Tokyo, originally scheduled to take place at the Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Trade Center, Japan, from September 28–29, 2021, has now been postponed due to a large outbreak of COVID-19 in the country. The event organiser, Messe Frankfurt Japan Ltd, has confirmed that the forum will now be held on October 27–28, 2022, with the venue remaining unchanged.
Since its launch in 2019, Formnext Forum Tokyo has gradually expanded in scale as a business platform for the Additive Manufacturing industry. The two-day event attracts a broad spectrum of visitors and covers a range of advanced technology and all of the upstream and downstream AM processes and equipment, including materials, Powder Metallurgy, design, software, and post-processing technologies.
“It is very distressing to take this decision at the last minute,” stated Yasushi Kajiwara, Managing Director of Messe Frankfurt Japan Ltd. “However, we believe this option is in the best interest of all the related parties and stakeholder groups from both a safety and business standpoint. Overcoming this set back, Formnext Forum Tokyo will return stronger in 2022 to provide opportunities for business discussions and information exchanges on AM.”
