EPMA 2021 statistical surveys are open for participation

February 15, 2021

The European Powder Metallurgy Association (EPMA) is collecting data for its annual statistics surveys, which focus on a variety of industrial sectors in the Powder Metallurgy market.

The statistics, trend and benchmarking surveys for MIM are already live. Questionnaires are also live on the EPMA’s usual online survey tool, with mailings being sent out for the participation of all companies.

Data collected from the surveys will be used to assess the current state of the industry post-coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic-related market disruptions, leading the EPMA to stress the increased importance of participation. In addition to the typical questions, there are also specific COVID-related questions in the trend surveys.

These surveys will allow the EPMA to supply reliable data on the 2020 production of powders and parts for the various applications and to allow companies to compare their view and experience to the average.
