Deutsche Edelstahlwerke, Witten, Germany, now offers a range of gas atomised metal powders for Laser Beam Powder Bed Fusion (PBF-LB) Additive Manufacturing under the brand name Printdur. Available powders include Fe-, Ni- and Co-base metal powders, said to be ideally adapted for the PBF-LB process.

Deutsche Edelstahlwerke has more than 160 years of experience in steel production, and draws on this knowledge to provide support to its customers in determining the parameters necessary for their powders, and testing completed powders to customer specifications using its in-house PBF-LB AM capabilities.

Currently, the company produces over 200 metal powder alloys.
