Carpenter Additive to host digital manufacturing event at its UK site

Carpenter Additive, the Additive Manufacturing business unit of Carpenter Technology Corporation, will host a ‘Smart Manufactory’ event at its Liverpool, UK site on October 10, 2019. Organised by AI solutions provider Smartia, Bristol, UK, the event aims to enable networking between digital technology providers with the North West manufacturing community.
The Smart Manufactory event is expected to provide an opportunity for local manufacturers to explore some of the technologies that can help improve productivity and reduce costs for their business. Participants will also be given the opportunity to identify funding schemes available to the manufacturing sector in the North West, and share their experience of digital transformations within their organisation.
