BEAMIT to collaborate with TEMA Energy

Additive Manufacturing service provider BEAMIT SpA, Fornovo di Taro, Italy, has announced a collaboration with TEMA Energy, Bergamo, Italy, to additively manufacture components for gas turbines to better serve the power generation, oil & gas, and aviation sectors. With the collaboration, the companies believe that they can offer an extended range of services to customers.

BEAMIT explains that it specialises in the Additive Manufacturing of gas turbines components, and Tema Energy specialises in burners and combustors for gas turbines, as well as specialised materials and equipment, resulting in improved component performance and extended life. The collaboration is expected to enable a single point of contact for solving complex solutions.

“After several years of cooperation in a wide range of applications, it became natural to join our forces with TEMA Energy where we found an excellent partner capable to provide leading expertise and competences in machining and post processing on key components,” stated Gabriele Rizzi, BEAMIT Chief Commercial Officer. “Our partnership will definitely benefit both current and future OEM’s customers going forward in these sectors.”
