BCN3D has announced a new logistics centre in New Jersey, USA, its first location outside of its headquarters in Barcelona, Spain. This coincides with the appointment of Kevin Billett as its new Channel Sales Manager. This decision was said to have been taken in response to the company’s reported North American growth and is expected to offer more centralised services in this region.

The establishment of this centralised hub in North America is expected to strengthen ties with current partners Matterhackers, Dynamism, Shop3D, and 3D Platform, while also fulfilling the needs of industries such as automotive, engineering and manufacturing. Billett and an accompanying team also expect to build upon relationships with North American resellers and lead the expansion of BCN3D throughout the region.

“Our expansion to the US is an important milestone for BCN3D, as it indicates that the company is now fully capable of meeting the needs and demands of BCN3D partners and customers in the region,” stated Xavier Martínez Faneca, CEO. “The new centre in New Jersey will offer great business opportunities there from 2022 onwards, enhance our relationship with customers, and represent BCN3D’s commitment to environmental sustainability as we consolidate larger shipments for more customers with a logistics hub closer to them in North America.”
