ATLIX debuts TruPrint 5000 and 3000 at Formnext 2025

ATLIX, formerly TRUMPF Additive Manufacturing, is presenting its new TruPrint 5000 and TruPrint 3000 Laser Beam Powder Bed Fusion (PBF-LB) Additive Manufacturing machines at Formnext 2025.
The new TruPrint 5000, ATLIX’s flagship model, features a build volume of 500 x 500 x 400 mm. It is equipped with in-situ Automatic Multilaser Alignment, ensuring continuous and precise laser alignment throughout the build. Additionally, it includes an automatic build job restart, maximising machine utilisation.

Equipped with four 1 kW lasers, adjustable spot size ranging from 80 to 200 μm, and double-sided recoating, the TruPrint 5000 is reported to deliver high productivity and reduced cost per part.
ATLIX is also unveiling the new generation mid-size TruPrint 3000, offering 30% more build area compared to the previous model. It features a 300 x 300 x 400 mm build plate, 700 W dual lasers and enhanced process stability.
The company also announced the latest release of TruTops Print, ATLIX’s advanced data preparation software. This reportedly reduces file sizes and accelerates build job processing and transfer, further enhancing workflow efficiency.
