Management consultancy Ampower, Hamburg, Germany, has announced new courses for its Ampower Academy training platform. There are now six Additive Manufacturing courses available, with over five hours of video material. The self-paced learning programmes enable engineers to identify suitable AM applications, enhance their Additive Manufacturing designs, and drive successful AM implementations within their companies.

A new Metal Laser Powder Bed Fusion Deep Dive course was added with the aim to provide a condensed training experience for engineers interested in metal AM focusing on the Laser Beam Powder Bed Fusion (PBF-LB) process, its typical materials and their properties.
