AMotion Center expands capacity for series production in metal AM

In order to support increasing demand in metal Additive Manufacturing, GF Casting Solutions has expanded its Swiss AMotion Center with the acquisition of a DMP Factory 500 manufacturing machine, developed by GF Machining Solutions in cooperation with 3D Systems, Rock Hill, South Carolina, USA. With this addition, the AMotion Center is now able to process Inconel 625 as well as Alloy X and Inconel 718.

The AMotion Center specialises in the series production of complex components made of superalloys using AM. With a focus on small series for aerospace, industrial gas turbines and motorsports, the AMotion Center’s team of professionals work from prototype to series production in compliance with NADCAP quality standards.
