America Makes elects new Executive Committee
America Makes, Youngstown, Ohio, USA, has announced the newly elected members of its Executive Committee. The Executive Committee advises America Makes on strategy, policy and advocacy relating to its mission to accelerate the adoption of Additive Manufacturing and support US manufacturing competitiveness.
Its members provide counsel on data management and intellectual property policy, technical scope, membership value and outreach, Additive Manufacturing industrial base development and partnership strategies, workforce education and training, and strategic growth.
The committee meets regularly and consists of three appointed government representatives and eight representatives elected from three sectors within the America Makes membership community: non-profit, academia and industry. Each elected member serves a two-year term.

The Executive Committee’s first order of business will be to elect a Chairperson and Secretary.
