At this year’s Formnext exhibition, AM Solutions, the Rösler group’s brand for all activities around AM, is presenting its solutions designed to help metal and plastic Additive Manufacturing users to resolve issues regarding design/engineering, the actual printing process and post-processing, including surface refinement, of components made by additive manufacturing. Numerous solutions for automated post-processing will be presented at the AM Solutions exhibition booth.

More and more companies and industrial sectors are relying on AM for their volume production. Along with this development the requirements for all kinds of high-quality surface finishes are becoming more complex and challenging. At the same time, strict industry-specific demands for process safety and transparency as well as absolutely
repeatable results regarding the post-processing of AM components must be fulfilled.

These demands can only be met by fully automatic solutions. Together with its partners, AM Solutions – 3D post processing – an AM Solutions division – specialises in the supply of suitable post-processing equipment for AM components and offers a broad range of products, which will be shown at Formnext. The equipment range fulfills all post-processing needs for AM components and not only includes unpacking, removal of support structures, removal of loose & sintered residual powder, and more.

These solutions offer fully automatic, highly efficient post-processing with consistent and repeatable results. Of course, the machines can be easily integrated into interconnected manufacturing systems.
