The AM Medical Days 2023, scheduled for December 11-12, 2023, at the Holiday Inn Conference Center, Berlin, Germany, aims to assemble leaders, experts, and innovators from the Additive Manufacturing industry. The event is expecting around 250 attendees, over thirty exhibitors and sponsors, and fifty speakers.

The AM Medical Days conference was established in 2021 with a distinct international focus to drive innovation in the medical sector. By unifying the interests of multiple companies and networks, it promotes Additive Manufacturing in the healthcare industry and supports efforts towards personalised medicine.

Chanel: When manufacturing process becomes part of luxury value

AM Medical Days not only address Additive Manufacturing technology, but also other relevant topics such as innovation change, leadership, certification procedures, medical education, and current issues in the medical field. These events provide an opportunity for medical doctors, hospital representatives, medical technology manufacturers, licensing authorities, health insurance representatives, and educators to connect with AM solution providers.

Partners and supporters of the conference include Medical goes Additive, 3D Systems, Ottobock, University Hospital Basel, and the Health Capital Cluster Berlin. They will contribute their experiences in areas such as surgery, implants & bio-printing, orthotics & prosthetics, medical education and contextual issues.

The conference’s main agenda consists of keynotes, masterclasses, and panel discussions. These will be supplemented by two workshops, offering views from various stakeholders in the healthcare industry. The organisers have also highlighted the after-work tour at Formlabs, where attendees can visit the Laser Beam Powder Bed Fusion (PBF-LB) Additive Manufacturing machine farms.

Additionally, a reception and dinner will provide opportunities for networking, knowledge exchange, discussion of new business ideas, and establishing new partnerships.
