Amaero Inc, a US-based producer of refractory and titanium alloy metal powders for Additive Manufacturing headquartered in McDonald, Tennessee, has announced the pricing of its initial public offering (IPO), with shares expected to begin trading on October 15, 2026. The company will offer approximately 4.7 million shares at $4.25 per share, raising approximately $20 million before expenses.

Amaero, which, as well as metal powders, also manufactures large near-net-shape components using Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP), expects its shares to begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol AMRO. The offering is expected to close on October 16, subject to customary closing conditions.

The company’s manufacturing operations are located at its AS9100D-certified facility in McDonald. Amaero currently operates three Electrode Induction Melting Inert Gas Atomisation (EIGA) systems, with a fourth scheduled to be commissioned in June 2027.

Amaero said it intends to invest up to $10 million of the net proceeds in capital equipment over the next twelve months, with the remainder allocated to general corporate purposes, including working capital, operating expenses and research and development.

Further details of the offering are available through the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
