Interspectral appoints Jonas Hurtig as CEO as AM Explorer rollout continues

Interspectral, headquartered in Norrköping, Sweden, has appointed Jonas Hurtig as its new CEO, following Isabelle Hachette’s decision to leave the company.
The appointment comes as Interspectral continues the commercial rollout of AM Explorer, its AI-powered analytics and visualisation software for metal Additive Manufacturing, serving customers in the aerospace, defence, automotive, energy and medical technology sectors.
“Our priority is clear: to create measurable value for our customers and increase the adoption of AM Explorer,” stated Hurtig. “My focus will be on staying close to our customers, strengthening our collaboration with leading machine manufacturers and ensuring that we execute with speed and focus.”

Hurtig has worked with Interspectral for the past two years and has experience in the defence, aerospace and medical technology sectors, as well as in commercialising advanced software and AI technologies. He has held senior commercial, product and marketing roles focused on bringing advanced technologies to market and developing international business.
“Jonas brings commercial experience from industries that are highly relevant to Interspectral and our customers. He understands both the technology and the challenges of deploying advanced software in demanding industrial environments,” added Staffan Truvé, chairman of Interspectral’s board. “We believe he has the right background to lead Interspectral as we expand the reach of AM Explorer.”
