Additive Willmann selects amsight for AM quality management

Additive Willmann, headquartered in Löffingen, Germany, has selected production-level quality management software from amsight, based in Hamburg, Germany, to help strengthen traceability, reduce manual effort, and support the company’s next step toward more robust serial AM production.
Additive Willmann supports customers from initial concept through to finished components, with activities covering Additive Manufacturing, materials, process development and quality management. As AM moves to repeatable industrial supply, customers need confidence that every step – from powder to delivery – is documented, controlled, and available when required.

amsight’s software connects powder, process, post-processing, machine and inspection data at the individual part level. Additive Willmann will use the software to document data across its production chain and reduce the manual work involved in compiling quality records.

That gives our customers more security and trust, and it supports the move from individual projects toward more serial production.”

The company also expects the implementation to reduce repetitive manual tasks associated with quality documentation through the use of structured digital workflows.

The partnership will be highlighted during Additive Pulse X Days, which will take place at Additive Willmann’s premises in Löffingen from September 30 to October 1, 2026.
