Rosswag breaks ground on metal Additive Manufacturing Centre

Rosswag Engineering, headquartered in Pfinztal, Germany, has broken ground on a new Additive Manufacturing Centre in Pfinztal, as it looks to expand its capacity for metal AM production.
The new facility will provide around 1,000 m² of additional space, enabling the installation of new metal AM equipment to support greater production capacity and optimise process flows.

Among the planned equipment additions is an Eplus3D EP-M550 Laser Beam Powder Bed Fusion (PBF-LB) Additive Manufacturing machine. The EP-M550 is configured with eight lasers and a 550 × 550 × 450 mm build volume. Rosswag states that the additional capacity will enable it to process larger parts and expand applications from initial prototypes through to series production.
