The Metal Powder Industries Federation (MPIF) and APMI International have announced plans to relocate their joint headquarters. After 46 years at the current Princeton, New Jersey site, MPIF and APMI will move to Hamilton, New Jersey, in January 2027.

Originally established as a single industry association, MPIF has evolved into a federation of six trade associations representing distinct segments of the Powder Metallurgy, metal powders and particulate materials sectors, including:

  • Powder Metallurgy Parts Association
  • Metal Powder Producers Association
  • Powder Metallurgy Equipment Association
  • Metal Injection Molding Association
  • Refractory Metals Association
  • Association for Metal Additive Manufacturing

In addition to managing the trade associations, MPIF organises educational short courses, seminars, conferences and exhibitions. It promotes metal powder technology to a wide range of potential end users and develops industry standards that are recognised around the world.

Effective January 1, 2027, the new address will be: MPIF & APMI, 3840 Quakerbridge Road, Suite 120, Hamilton, New Jersey 08619, USA.
