3D Incredible AM Pvt Ltd, based in Pune, India, has celebrated the delivery over 3,000 patient-specific additively manufactured medical implants. Reportedly one of the leading AM companies in India, 3D Incredible provides a range of implants to hundreds of hospitals and surgeons in the region.

3D Incredible’s facility is ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and AS9100D certified and complies with FDA regulations in a class 10,000 clean room. The company utilises the Renishaw AM 400 Laser Beam Powder Bed Fusion (PBF-LB) Additive Manufacturing machine which features a 400 W laser and build space of 250 x 250 x 300 mm.

Highly customised implants and patient-specific devices are designed using software such as 3Matics, Magic, Quant AM, Materialize Mimics, and 3D Systems. These FDA- and CE-approved technologies are intended to simplify design and provide greater control over the Additive Manufacturing process.
