Space Tech Expo USA 2020 postponed due to coronavirus, announces new dates in August

Space Tech Expo USA 2020, which was scheduled to take place in Long Beach, California, USA, on May 18–20, 2020, has been postponed due to the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). The event will now take place at the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center, California, USA, on August 10–12, 2020.

The organisers, Smart Shows Tarsys Ltd, wrote in an official statement, “The wellbeing of our exhibitors, visitors, staff members and contractors is of paramount importance to the Space Tech Expo USA 2020 organiser, alongside a commitment to delivering events that are hugely beneficial to both exhibitors and visitors.”

“Having closely monitored recent developments around the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), and listened to feedback from across the industry, we have decided to postpone Space Tech Expo USA 2020, now we have secured our preferred new dates, August 10–12.”

The organisers added, “We are in ongoing communication with our exhibitors, speakers, partners and suppliers. Those we have managed to speak to thus far have been extremely understanding…Thank you for your understanding and support and we look forward to welcoming you to Long Beach in August.”
